About The Event
An Intro to Animal Flow beginner class.
No experience is required.
A bodyweight-only class, to get you strong, unlock stiffness through the body and leave you feeling invigorated afterward.
All you need is yourself and a water bottle.
Animal Flow is a practice, so be open to embracing that things may not feel overly comfortable at first but what I can guarantee is that you will walk away feeling strong and accomplished with what you will achieve within an hour.
