About The Event
DRILLS BUILD SKILLS CLASS
Will focus on 2-3 movements at a deeper level than in a traditional beginner class.
Pre Requisite is you should understand the concept and positions of Static Beast and Crab and Underswitch.
Class will involve
-Shorter Wrist mobilizations
- More in-depth activation sequences and traveling forms
- Focus on intentions within the AF movements. Picking 2-3 for drills, holds, and refining techniques to get the most out of your movement practice.
- Short flows that loop start and end in the same position.
