I recognize that a lack of movement is detrimental not only to our physical but also mental health.
There is a replaying loop, sedentary work or social lifestyle leads to niggles and pain points showing up within our bodies.
Left alone these can potentially limit what we are physically capable of.
If we can't do the things we enjoy, our physical state declines and mental health also suffers as a result.
WHAT do i believe?
I believe that with education and awareness we can thrive well into our future decades both physically and mentally.
Getting connected through the ground builds strength and resiliance to protect our joints and tissues as we age.

Hi I'm Nikki,
A fellow ex-office worker who felt like my body was aging too fast.
A positive vibe person who loves neon, animal print and many forms of play.
I went in search of unlocking my true movement potential as at the age of 30 my own body started hurting in places I felt I was too young for.
My approach to health and fitness has evolved from what I thrashed my body through in my 20's, thinking I was fit and healthy. Turns out I was doing more harm than any good.
I want to encourage, inspire and empower people with the knowledge and tools to keep doing the things they enjoy, well into there future.
I vow to take those age limiting beliefs away!
