Every physical body is different, you will get assessed on your current strengths and weaknesses and a plan will be devised to get you on your way, whether that's for fat loss, muscle growth, more mobility or a combination.

Unleash your inner beast and movement potential! Animal Flow is a ground-based bodyweight movement discipline. You will learn how to reconnect with your body to improve strength, control, power, flexibility, and mobility.

 

The use of activations, stretches, traveling forms and transitions all come together to form a flow sequence to leave you feeling energised, inspired and strong.

 

Learn new movements and how to connect them all together to form a seemless flow depending on what your goal is.

Join the introduction to Animal Flow.  Up to four times a week learn the new moves and terminology and meet some new people within a small group, limited to 10 people. Small group ensures no one will get left behind and all fitness levels are welcome.

 

Learn the basics to unlock your movement potential, then learn how it all seamlessly can be put together with unlimited sequences to discover.

 

A challenge for the body and mind, moving with control and intention, and unleashing your inner beast mode!
