Well, winter has indeed struck. It's getting colder and the wind does have a fresh bite to it.
Now tell me have you recently experienced chapped lips / dry skin / feeling tired & irritable / loss of appetite... Potentially simply put it down to the change of weather... My next question is have you neglected your water intake? I know I am guilty of this as the weather gets cooler. Our bodies are made up of 50-70% water. They cannot function to their full capacity if dehydrated. We need water for 💧 digestion 💧 to absorb nutrients 💧 to help us move 💧 get rid of waste products and 💧 regulate our body temperature From a movement perspective, we need water to keep our bodies maneuverable. Muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia need to have moisture to have their full range potential. Think of your insides like a sponge. Moisture = Plyable Dehydration = Fragile
