Let's string some of the month's movements together to build an Animal flow Sequence. The Flow part if you will.
Drilling the movements individually is great, but they are designed to link together so you can get as creative as you want to with your training.
DAY 30 - BEGINNER FLOW 02
The final day of movement snacks and we are piecing together another beginner flow. You can use any regressions as needed.
