Get introduced to the Animal Flow movement practice over 4 x 60min sessions across 4 weeks. A small group of 4 people learning the basics and collectively learning how to piece together a movement flow sequence across the 4 weeks. No experience required

About The Event
What is Animal Flow?
Its true intention is to
“Improve the communication, connection, and function of the Human-Animal”
But what does this actually mean? - With hands and feet connected to the ground, figuring out the “movement shapes” being asked of you will mean you are being invited back into your own body and its capabilities. A chance to realize where you feel strong and confident and where some areas may need a little more attention either via mobility or strength.
In a small group of 4 people, I invite you to allow yourself to delve into the practice, learn the language and hone in on some skills with consistent weekly exposure to it and real-time coaching feedback.
Week 01 - Intro to Animal Flow FUN-damentals
Week 02 - Using Animal Flow to increase your mobility
Week 03 - Utilising Animal Flow for Strength and Endurance
Week 04 - Putting it all together and Breaking down the final Flow sequence.

It is for you because you are looking at learning ways to Prime your body for the movement you enjoy.

All final flow sequences are filmed and uploaded to a closed Facebook group so you can continue to practice through the week.
