About The Event
INTERNATIONAL FLOW DAY IS COMING! (IAFD)
What does that mean?
A flow is designed by creator Mike Fitch.Â
Flow Jams are then held across the world with fellow AF instructors, students, and flow enthusiasts coming together to create the flow as a group.Â
Our Sydney IAFD Jam is Sunday, Aug 27th at Centennial Park.
The flow is set and it is a cracker indeed.
Hosted by Regional Leaders myself & Simon
To help give confidence to all Flowists on the day my usual Saturday classes will be based around breaking down the intermediate flow, across the 7 weeks until the event.
EACH CLASS LIMITED TO 6 PEOPLE
I recognize as a new flowist it can feel daunting to gather in a group and put together a technical flow.Â
As someone who has felt this many many times early on in my flow journey, I want to help equip everyone to have the best time together and feel successful on the day. A chance to embrace the community feel rather than stress out about the technical side of the flow itself.
Classes are open to instructors, enthusiasts, and beginners to give it a try and see what IAFD is all about.
You don't need any experience for these classes as we'll be breaking down the movements each week.
