What is Animal Flow?

Animal Flow is a ground-based movement, made fun, challenging, and effective. It is a unique movement system designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Best of all, no equipment is needed!

Why should I join?

It can be intimidating learning a whole new fitness program from the start, so Regional Leaders Nikki and Simon have put together this Introduction to Animal Flow Class for all beginners. They will be tailoring this class for anyone who are looking to try and learn Animal Flow for the first time, or any beginners who would want to continue to improve their movement skills.

What to expect?

In this class, you will be learning all 6 components of Animal Flow.

Warming up with Wrist Mobilizations and Activations, you will then learn the basic movements of Animal Flow Travelling Forms, Form Specific Stretches, and Switches & Transitions. The class will finish with a “flow” using all the movements learned during the class into a choreographed flow performed together! 

The final flow will be filmed so that you can take this home to see your progress and to use it for your own future workouts!

Animal Flow Call Out Language For Community

This is a great session to start your Animal Flow journey as you will also be learning the Animal Flow Call Out Language. Learning the Animal Flow Call Out Language allows you to understand and communicate the movements of Animal Flow to each other and articulate movements in a systemized way. The language is universal, meaning once you’ve understood the basics of the Animal Flow Call Out Language, you can attend any future classes anywhere without worrying about being left out!
