About The Event
This is NOT a beginner Learn to flow Event, you must have prior Animal Flow experience and the ability to execute the base positions of Ape, Beast, Crab, and Loaded Beast. With knowledge of Side kick thru, under switch and front step-thru.
A fun Stacks-on session of Animal Flow movements.
Christmas Attire/accessories/colours are welcomed.
Nikki will be joining in on the movements as a Christmas-themed collaboration.
Be prepared to sweat, move and lose the ability to countdown from 12!
